Gourd Times

Welcome! This page is for sharing news about what is happening here at
The Gourd Place.
For gift registry information, scroll to the bottom of this page.

******************

Once again our resident groundhog, Gen. Beauregourd Lee (not to be confused
with the more famous but not-nearly-as-cute
Gen. Beauregard Lee of Atlanta), has made an appearance here at The Gourd Place.
Unbeknownst to us, he had been wintering over in our largest Gourd Impressions VASE
and was seen crawling out of it on this Groundhog Day morning!

Needless to say, he did NOT see his shadow - so that is good news.
Other good news Beauregourd wants to share is that we will be having our annual
Winter Pottery Sale on Feb. 11 and 18 from 1-5.  All 2011 pottery will be 30% off,
and Beauregourd will be on hand.

Never known as an animal of few words, GBL also couldn't wait to tell you that the
2012 REOPENING OF THE GOURD PLACE will be an
APRIL FOOLS' DAY CELEBRATION on Sunday, April 1 from 1-5 !

Please see directions link on our main page!
